AT Kinder Care, I believe in building strong, respectful relationships with children, and families, to create a supportive and connected learning community. I understand that when children feel safe, valued, and heard, they are more confident to explore, learn, and grow.
I am passionate about creating nurturing learning environments that support holistic development — socially, emotionally, physically, and cognitively. I promote learning through play and exploration, recognizing that children learn best when they are actively engaged, curious, and having fun.
I particularly enjoy incorporating nature walks and outdoor play into our daily routine. Outdoor experiences provide children with opportunities to develop physical skills, problem-solving abilities, creativity, and an appreciation for the natural world. I believe that meaningful learning happens both indoors and outdoors, and I strive to create enriching experiences that inspire wonder and discovery.
My goal as an educator is to support each child’s unique strengths, interests, and developmental journey while fostering a sense of belonging, confidence, and lifelong love of learning.
Kinder Care Family Daycare is a fully Licensed facility through Vancouver Island Health Authority.
